Q&A on what to expect

Q&A on what to expect

What should I wear for…

Aqua Classes?
You can wear your choice of swimwear, whether that’s swimming shorts, a swimming costume or bikini.

Circuit Classes & Personal Training?
Please wear suitable footwear and gym clothing of your choice. Don’t worry too much about what you wear, as long as it’s comfortable.

Do I need to bring a towel or flip-flops to wear when I get out of the pool?
We can provide a towel for you, but please feel free to bring your own. You don’t have to bring flip flops, it’s a matter of personal choice.

Are private changing and shower facilities available?
Yes both are available.

Where can I park and which door do I knock on when I arrive?
You can park on our private drive, where adequate parking is available.

Will other people be in my group class and how many?
The circuit classes include a maximum of six people per class. For aqua classes, there is a maximum of 10. Many people do come to the classes on their own, so don’t worry if you haven’t been to a class before.

Do I need to have a certain level of fitness to attend any of the classes?
We cater for all levels of fitness, as long as we are aware in advance of your fitness levels there will be various options available and you can work to your own fitness level.

Do I need to be a confident swimmer for all of the aqua classes?
You do need to be confident enough to be in the water on your own. For the Hydro Jogging you would wear an aqua belt which aids with suspending you in the water, so it’s important that you are comfortable with your feet not touching the floor of the pool.

What happens if I want to stop half way through a class?
This isn’t a problem at all. We encourage people to ease themselves into the classes and do things at their own pace.
